How We Verify Providers
Our comprehensive verification process ensures only qualified professionals join our platform
1. Application Submission
Provider creates an account, completes their profile, and submits required documentation including business registration, ID, and professional licenses.
2. Document Review
Our verification team reviews all submitted documents for authenticity, validity, and compliance with our standards. This typically takes 2-3 business days.
3. Background Check
We conduct thorough background checks including business verification, previous work history, and reference checks with past clients.
4. Portfolio Review
We review the provider's portfolio of past work, verifying project completion and quality. We may contact project owners for verification.
5. Video Interview
For Certified level and above, providers complete a video interview with our team to verify identity and discuss their business and expertise.
6. Approval & Badge
Upon successful completion of all checks, the provider receives their verification badge and can start receiving project requests immediately.
